Cat Description: Shimmerpool is a beautiful dappled dark blue-ish color she-cat. It kinda represents a Russian blue coat, with pretty silver flecks throughout. She has a short sleek coat, and is always well-groomed. She has white paws, but her ankles and forelegs are black. She has a long tail that is striped with a seal color, A very dark brown almost black.
Her jaw is a nice triangular shape and is very elegant. Her eyes are a liquid turquoise, shimmering like a sunlit river. One of her flaws is always having a ruffled chest, no matter what she does. It does look nice though, giving her the appearance of wind-blown fur. In battle she moves like an ocean storm. She leaps into the fight like a wave, you don't know she's there until it hits you. Then it retreats then goes for an even more deadly attack. When she's not fighting, she moves like calm water, a graceful beauty that seems to effect all. She has a little swing in her walk, giving her the illusion of something like a tiger, beautiful and deadly. Her build is sleek and small, Normal size but not to big. Her paws are small and delicate, you wouldn't know they held deadly paws until it happened.
Personality: Shimmerpool always holds her tail and head held high. She always does what she thinks is best for her Clan. She won't jump into war without having a good reason and is very serious when it comes to death. She loves kits and hopes to have some. She is very loyal and fare, Is known to hold a grudge and sometimes foolish, not in a bad way, but because she is still really young. Also can have a fiery temper. When fighting Shimmerpool often uses speed and cunning, aiming her paw strikes just right and not swinging her claws every were. She doesn't use so much strength, She wasn't always the strong one, and always prefers hunting than fighting.
History: Um..
Her parents, Specklestream and Owltail, met like most cats did. They fell in love at early apprentice hood and stayed together from then on. Growing up was hard, there were many battles and arguments. One day Owltail almost lost Specklestream, when she tripped into a river and nearly drowned. She recovered thanks to him, and earned her warrior name from it. Eventually they had kits, two she-cats and a tom.
Shimmerkit was always the spunky, beautiful one out of the three. She loved playing and exploring, and was always sad that her siblings didn't join her.
During her apprentice hood, Shimmerpaw became a little more serious, always trying to be the best there was. She had a breakdown when she found out that her brother, Silverpaw was dead. She and Silverpaw had been very close, closer than normal brother and sister. The day before Silverpaw died, they got into a huge fight. That is why Shimmerpool doesn't like bringing up her family, she is still sad from that day. She is also slightly afraid of StarClan, How will her dead brother react when he knows the truth? (I think I'll make a mini-plot thing with her and the death of Silverpaw)
As a warrior she was named Shimmerpool, for the glossy sheen her pelt gave. She was just getting over her brother's death, And it broke her heart again, when her sister Leafstone went to live with Two-legs. Leafstone didn't think she belonged in the forest, her fur was always to soft and long, and she never liked fresh-kill. So when she said she wanted to live with the Twolegs, Shimmermoon didn't argue very much. Leafstone thought of this idea by meeting a kittypet tom, who she now lives with and became his mate.
Shimmerpool has always been a loyal warrior, often disagreeing with their leader but not speaking out loud about it. She often follows anything but her head, which sometimes is good, sometimes bad.
She has lots of friends, in Camp and out. She often talks to other cats and hates to see them in battle, but that doesn't stop her. They know the risk they are taking in being friends. They know and accept it.
Shimmerpool has made enemys of not many cats, but there are a few warriors out there who find her worse than an annoying kit. So she just shakes their comments off and walks away proudly, something she always does.
